"Peter Pan" or The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up

Lately i have been relating everything that is going on in my life to Peter Pan belief in not wanting to grow up.

he did not want to grow up because he knew how reality is cruel and boring. therefore Neverland existed, it was a place where adventures were created and time was absent.

the story of Peter Pan was created by J. M. Barrie

Never wanting to grow up is what i need right now. because as time pass i see myself growing and becoming engaged in this world of adults, miserable adults.

all i see is pointless chatter.

I agree with wendy regarding to the fact she refused to go to Neverland with Peter, it is true, we cannot escape from our fate, we were meant to go through this harsh reality and going to Neverland won't make it any better.

but have you ever felt sick and tired? because am starting to feel this way all the time.

share you comments down below ^v^

The Clock - Whisper Of The Heart - Studio Ghibli

FYI am a big-huge fan of Studio Ghibli and i love Hayao Miyazaki work/manga/animation.

so today i will tell you about something i love in my favorite (not in order) Studio Ghibli film

Whisper Of the Heart.

there is a clock in the old man's shop that i admired. i mean if it was real, i would buy it in no hesitation.

the best thing is that there is a story behind it, that what made it captivating.

He switched on by rolling this thingy (i dont know what its name comment below if you know)

he installed the piece (which is the Prince of the Dwarfs)

the Dwarfs start to work and the clock plays a nice melody at the beginning (this only happens when the clock says its midnight)

then the Prince of the Dwarfs appears, and he looks at her (The Fairy)

but... (read in the picture below).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

this is why i love Whisper of the Heart, Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli.

its sad and amazing and i can only be in love with this. i would love to write a story about it in the future. however i think i have read the prologue long time ago and i will find it and post it in my blog.

dont read if you're happy.

Greetings my beloved readers

Today i will make an announcement.

As the writer of this blog i will say a few words.

"Life Will Suck But You Have To Survive"

Things will happen, you will meet people who will turn out to be entirely someone else.
you will be disappointed and misunderstood.

but, Don't You Ever Take It To Heart.

not that corner of darkness. going there means not knowing when yourself will be back.

fight for life, because its worth it, and i can only prove that with the future a head of you.

ملكة الثلج - The Snow Queen

When i was a kid there was this animation series, called "حكايات عالمية" "Hekayat Aalamiyah" and in every episode there was a new fairytale.

i dont really remember anything about it but i loved the story "ملكة الثلج" "The Snow Queen"

it was amazing and it lived in my little childish mind. next thing is that i buy the Children Book version of it published by "كلمة للترجمة" "Kalima

You can read the original plot from Wiki

it has been adapted in many tvshows and animations but i hope there will be a good short movie about it.

i found this link to Goodreads in arabic (its a different book from the one i have)
and i found a link to in English   and also this is a page with all the 108 editions here.

This faitytale was written by Hans Christian Andersen (1805–1875)  and he also wrote most famous fairytales.

Fire Fly & Norwegian Wood

Has anyone noticed that the second chapter of "Norwegian Wood" (by Haruki Murakami) resemble one of his short stories in "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman" which is Firefly.

am in love with Murakami's short stories, i love to read them out loud.

i bought 4 of his books so far:

Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman (obviously)

1Q84 (the complete trilogy - one whole book) -did not start reading YET-

Norwegian Wood (will not read- the reason is at the end)

Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World (bought it a month ago)

-----

how did i discover Murakami.

well i met this amazing friend and she insists in me buying "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman"
and i was like okay. so i didn't read it like NOW, its just happened that after i bought it (3 or i dont know weeks) i took the book and started reading it, i spent 3hours to be adjusted to his writing. i was captivated by his way of writing. that at some point i wanted to re-read it all over again.

----

Reasons that made me not so interested in reading Norwegian Wood.

1. the second chapter was copied from his another short story book, its not that good for a writer to do that, i was really disappointed at him. it is not that creative but he said it himself that it is his "normal work" and he was surprised when it got popular.

2. it said on the cover that it is one of the most erotic murakami's novel's - thats why am not reading it.

3. also i think Norwegian Wood is not murakami finest work, i was really disappointed but i believe that reading 1Q84 will make up for all of that.

and its TRUE.

We procrastinate and ignore everything for our own comfort and pleasure, till you find that there isn’t time and you have to push it all the way and Do all your best!

But take your mind into a corner and whisper “

“Is this really your best?”

Answer is? It doesn’t matter. But you know deep down that best doesn’t come in a blink of an eye.

"Your Best" starts with passion and love the thing that you’re studying or working on at the moment. Be curious, ask why and how and things will lead to knowing more about things, thing you never thought that you will care to know about.

Study, or not. Just read the papers, take a deep breathe start with the first sentence and continue, don’t stop now, catch the next word and next.. till you forget why you want to stop.

Don’t think about other people. They have their lives just as much as you have yours.

Finish reading?

Ask yourself a question, just one, about what you read, explain it to yourself.

Next thing is to predict. Predicting is where you guess what’s going to be on the test, assume you’re a teacher, what kind of questions would you put? Old ones from two years ago? New ones that talks about what you discussed with the class?

These questions need an answer, and so does is this one.

‘Did you really read the whole paper?”

Hard core procrastinator.
