"Peter Pan" or The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up

Lately i have been relating everything that is going on in my life to Peter Pan belief in not wanting to grow up.

he did not want to grow up because he knew how reality is cruel and boring. therefore Neverland existed, it was a place where adventures were created and time was absent.

the story of Peter Pan was created by J. M. Barrie

Never wanting to grow up is what i need right now. because as time pass i see myself growing and becoming engaged in this world of adults, miserable adults.

all i see is pointless chatter.

I agree with wendy regarding to the fact she refused to go to Neverland with Peter, it is true, we cannot escape from our fate, we were meant to go through this harsh reality and going to Neverland won't make it any better.

but have you ever felt sick and tired? because am starting to feel this way all the time.

The Clock - Whisper Of The Heart - Studio Ghibli

FYI am a big-huge fan of Studio Ghibli and i love Hayao Miyazaki work/manga/animation.

so today i will tell you about something i love in my favorite (not in order) Studio Ghibli film

Whisper Of the Heart.

there is a clock in the old man's shop that i admired. i mean if it was real, i would buy it in no hesitation.

the best thing is that there is a story behind it, that what made it captivating.

He switched on by rolling this thingy (i dont know what its name comment below if you know)

he installed the piece (which is the Prince of the Dwarfs)

the Dwarfs start to work and the clock plays a nice melody at the beginning (this only happens when the clock says its midnight)

then the Prince of the Dwarfs appears, and he looks at her (The Fairy)

but... (read in the picture below).

this is why i love Whisper of the Heart, Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli.

its sad and amazing and i can only be in love with this. i would love to write a story about it in the future. however i think i have read the prologue long time ago and i will find it and post it in my blog.

ملكة الثلج - The Snow Queen

When i was a kid there was this animation series, called "حكايات عالمية" "Hekayat Aalamiyah" and in every episode there was a new fairytale.

i dont really remember anything about it but i loved the story "ملكة الثلج" "The Snow Queen"

it was amazing and it lived in my little childish mind. next thing is that i buy the Children Book version of it published by "كلمة للترجمة" "Kalima

it has been adapted in many tvshows and animations but i hope there will be a good short movie about it.

This faitytale was written by Hans Christian Andersen (1805–1875)  and he also wrote most famous fairytales.

i loved this story so much. i would re-read it all over again. it was beautiful.

at first i read it in arabic and i LOVED it. and i will be reading it in english !! in sha Allah.
